Details:

Crafted for shooters seeking top-tier quality and ergonomics, this premium 18” HERA AR-15 upper, without forward assist, delivers speed, controllability, and precision. Includes HERA Arms 15” M-Lok handguard.

Materials & Construction:

• Upper Receiver: HERA Mil-Spec build with handguard indexing tabs, M4 feed ramps, and HERA dust door. CNC Machined from 7075-T6 Aluminum with a Type III Hard Coat Anodized finish. This model excludes forward assist, though options with are also available.
• Barrel: 1:7 Twist Rate, 18-inch modern series barrel chambered in 5.56. Machined from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with QPQ corrosion-resistant finish. Sub-MOA accuracy guarantee with quality ammunition. Features a longer .750” profile dimension for proper installation of the OPS Inc 12th model collar and suppressor.
• Gas System: Low-profile HERA gas block CNC Machined, rifle-length stainless steel gas tube, utilizing direct impingement.
• Muzzle Device: A2 standard flash hider.

Carrier Specifications:

• Material: Domestic Aircraft Quality 8620 Steel.
• Gas Key: 4130 Steel with Grade 8 Gas Key Screws, properly staked.

Bolt Specifications:

• Bolt Material: 9310 or C158.
• Extractor Material: 4140 Steel with Mil-Spec O-Ring and Mil-Spec Gas Rings (3).
• Cam Pin Material: 4140 Steel.
• Firing Pin Material: Hard Chrome/Ground 8740. MPI Tested and Shot Peened.

Handguard: HERA 15” M-lok, CNC Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum with a Type III Hard Coat Anodized finish.
