All warranty claims will be reviewed in house. Hera is not responsible for damage during use or installation. Hera always recommends the parts are installed by a qualified mechanic. Hera strongly recommends all products are installed by a qualified gun smith. Hera is not responsible for damage during installation and use.

Returns & Exchange Policy

You may return new, unused items sold by HERA-USA within 15 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping of the purchase price of the goods returned. To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that HERA-USA will pay for the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, at HERA-USAs discretion. Refunds will not be issued for goods returned 15 days after delivery or goods that are returned not in the condition they were received by buyer. If you received a defective item and wish to exchange it for the same item or a credit, you may do so within 15 days of delivery. Please contact customer service at sales@hera-usa.com or by phone at (801)878-4880 to request a return authorization number for returns. HERA-USA reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

Compliance with Laws

Buyer agrees to and shall comply with all applicable legal requirements, laws, and regulations. In the event that any of the goods are transferred to third parties, this requirement is also to be pointed out to such third parties. Buyer represents and warrants that they are of legal age to purchase the goods and know of no restrictions that would prevent buyer from purchasing the goods.

How long does it take my order to ship?

Delivery times are estimates. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery after order conformation has been received.
