Program Requirements

  • Valid FFL or Business License: Dealers must hold a current Federal Firearms License (FFL) or a valid business license for retailing firearm parts or accessories.
  • Established Retail Operation: Must operate a brick-and-mortar store, or firearm range with retail store. A public-facing website or social media presence is strongly preferred.
  • Resale Intent Only: Products purchased under the dealer program are for resale only — not for personal use, export, or third-party fulfillment.
  • MAP Compliance: Dealers must adhere to Hera Arms USA’s Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy to maintain brand integrity and protect reseller margins.
  • Application Review: All dealer applications are subject to review and approval. Hera Arms USA reserves the right to deny or revoke dealer status at any time.
