Warranty Coverage
This warranty is provided by Hera Arms USA and applies to the original owner of any Hera Arms product, effective from the date of purchase. It supersedes all other warranties related to Hera Arms products.

Hera Arms products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect is discovered within one year from the date of purchase, and we receive written notice during this time, Hera Arms USA will repair or replace the product at no charge. Repairs will be completed within a reasonable time after the notification and delivery of the product as outlined below. This warranty is not transferable and can only be applied to the original purchase.

Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, contact Hera Arms USA at sales@hera-usa.com or (801) 878-4880. Provide the product model, serial number, and a detailed description of the issue. Please ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws when shipping firearms to Hera Arms USA. We recommend insuring shipments, as Hera Arms USA is not liable for loss or damage during transit.

If the claim is covered under warranty, Hera Arms USA will cover return shipping costs.

Limitations of Warranty
Hera Arms USA is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the product manual.
  • Use of defective or incorrect ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Criminal misuse, negligence, or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Exclusion of Damages
Hera Arms USA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including economic loss, injury, death, or property damage. Some states do not allow limitations on such exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights depending on your state.

Note: All liability is excluded if the Hera Arms USA product manual instructions are not followed.
